These plates are designed to be compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. Key features include an ultra-thin wall design measuring 0.2mm thick for optimal temperature transfer, ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization, and easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene that meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, these plates are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and are tested to be pyrogen-free. Additionally, raised well rims ensure optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film.
