Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in several configurations, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volumes of 0.1 mL (low profile) and 0.2 mL, as well as 384 well formats. These plates are designed to be compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. Key features include an ultra-thin wall design (0.2 mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer, ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization, and compatibility across a wide range of thermal cyclers. The plates also feature easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing and are manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, complying with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and are tested to be pyrogen-free. Additionally, raised well rims facilitate optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film.
