The Sanicubic 1 VX is a 1.5 HP heavy-duty simplex vortex system specifically designed to efficiently pump waste water from multiple bathrooms and fixtures within an entire building structure. It is rated IP68 and features an external control and alarm for enhanced monitoring. The system can discharge waste up to 36 feet vertically when using a 2" diameter pipe or up to 20 feet with a 4" pipe. It incorporates a vortex impeller capable of handling up to 2" solids and is designed to manage sanitary products that may be flushed down the toilet, such as condoms, sanitary napkins, Q-tips, and dental floss. The system includes three inlets to accommodate 1-1/2" or 4" diameter pipes located on either side and on the top of the unit. As wastewater reaches a specific trigger level, the pumping mechanism activates, ejecting effluent through either a 2" or 4" diameter rigid pipe connected at the top. This unit boasts maximum pumping distances of 36 ft vertically and 328 ft horizontally for 2" pipes, and 20 ft vertically and 1640 ft horizontally for 4" pipes. Inside, the system features a pair of pressure switches and a circuit board assembly that controls the unit's operation, while the motor is sealed for life within an oil-filled enclosure, ensuring durability and dependability, and is equipped with a common spindle/shaft driving the impeller. Easy-access service panels facilitate maintenance.
