It is equipped with T12 4x40W (160 total) lead-free shatter-resistant Quantum lamps, providing high performance and IP65 rated commercial-grade insect light trapping for continuous 24/7 reliable management of flying insects. The tubes and lamps require annual replacement and the system meets all safety legislation, including FDA, USDA, UL1559, and European safety standard EN60335-2-59 for insect control equipment. It has been independently tested to be IP65 rated (dust tight and protected against water jets), complies with Euro-norm PREN 50281-1-1 for potentially explosive atmospheres, and satisfies all current EMC standards and NEC Division Code Class II, Division II. Designed for Zone 22 areas, where an atmosphere may contain combustible powder or dust, it adheres to EN 50014:1994. The 4 x 40W Quantum lamps provide 360° coverage and maximum performance, while the patented ReflectoBAKT sleeve extends the life of the glue board, reducing the frequency of changes required. The industrial double-sided glue board delivers 926 sq. inches of protection and should be installed by a qualified electrician in this sensitive environment.
