These automotive hydraulic bottle jacks are designed to lift, not support, rated capacity loads consisting of one end of a vehicle. Immediately after lifting, the load must be supported by a pair of appropriately rated jack stands. The jacks feature a 6-ton capacity hydraulic system that is protected from internal damage by a by-pass mechanism. The cylinders are machined and polished with die-cut threads to ensure non-abrasive, leak-free, and durable performance. They are fabricated from hard-cast steel with heat-treated critical stress areas for added strength. A unique cross-type forged release valve provides positive load control, while the wide rugged base offers stability and strength. The jacks come with a one-year limited warranty.
