The Spectrum Bulk Oil Intelligent Stack effectively identifies, stores, handles, and dispenses lubricants while maintaining an organized and contaminant-free environment. Each stack system includes two 65-gallon tanks, a dedicated pump, and filter for each tank, facilitating inline and kidney loop filtration. The heavy-duty steel construction features spill containment with integrated forklift pockets, enhancing durability and safety. The system is flexible and modular, allowing expansion with additional stack systems, making it suitable for any plant size. A 7" HMI color touch screen provides real-time communication of system status and user control. Furthermore, the system is SENSEI enabled, allowing connection to the SENSEI platform via the internet for remote monitoring of system condition and historical data. The Spectrum Bulk Oil Intelligent Stack is designed to eliminate the cost associated with wasted space, time, labor, and unnecessary equipment purchases that arise when using traditional 55-gallon drums.
