MTC™ Bio's SureSeal S™ micro centrifuge tubes are designed for a broad range of research applications, including enzyme digests, DNA isolation/purification, centrifugation, incubation, and general sample/reagent storage. Manufactured under cleanroom conditions, these tubes utilize BioClear™ co-polymer, an advanced polypropylene that maximizes clarity and centrifugal strength (tested up to 28,000xg) while supporting a usable temperature range of -90°C to +121°C. The oversized tube cap, featuring a frosted marking surface, is complemented by a unique ring and groove closure that enhances the security of the liquid-tight seal while minimizing the required locking forces for ergonomic opening and closing. All SureSeal S tubes are RNAse, DNAse, and pyrogen free. The kit includes sterile tubes, which are sterilized by electron beam radiation, packaged in a self-standing bag with a gusseted bottom, and comes with Stop-Pops™ and 10 cap locks in every bag.
