MTC Bio's 5ml Macrotube® cardboard freezer boxes are constructed from recyclable material and feature a liquid-resistant outer coating. The boxes are shipped fully assembled and are available in two versions: the 55 version which accommodates 25 x 5ml snap-cap tubes, and the 66 version which holds 36 x 5ml screw-cap tubes. Each box is designed with liquid nitrogen drainage slots and numbered grid markings located on the top, bottom, and sides. Key features include an attached hinged lid, alpha-numeric coding for easy identification, and a polycarbonate box that can hold 25 x 5ml tubes. The usable temperature range for the polycarbonate box is from -196° to +121°.
