Our 15ml centrifuge tubes are constructed from premium polypropylene, providing exceptional clarity and centrifugal strength. These tubes and caps can safely be frozen at temperatures down to -86° C, with a maximum centrifugal force of 12,000xg for the 15ml tubes, applicable to liquids with a specific gravity of 1.0, using appropriate rotors, cushions, and adapters. The caps feature a flat top surface for convenient marking and labeling, while the C2605 and C2630 models include a 'skirted' bottom design that allows the tubes to stand upright without requiring a separate test tube rack. The C2600 series, whether self-standing or not, is leakproof to 95 kPa/14psi. The tubes are sterile, RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin-free, and are available either racked or bagged. Additionally, they are compatible with standard rotors and have a frosted marking surface for improved usability.
