The kit includes crystal clear polystyrene (PS) tubes with a temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and polyethylene (PE) caps featuring a dual-position design, allowing for aerobic work in the up/loose position and anaerobic cultures in the down/sealed position. The polystyrene tubes are capable of being centrifuged at speeds of up to 2000xg. All components of the kit are sterile, RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin free, ensuring high levels of purity and safety. Additionally, the tubes are compatible with all standard laboratory equipment.
