The kit includes crystal clear polystyrene (PS) tubes with a temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C, and polyethylene (PE) caps featuring a dual-position design (up/loose for aerobic work and down/sealed for anaerobic cultures). The polystyrene tubes can be centrifuged at speeds of up to 2000xg. Key features include sterility, as well as being RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin free.
