MTC® Bio's DuoClick® tubes are designed with a unique, patent pending screw closure system that eliminates the excess force, splashing, and frustration commonly associated with traditional snap-cap culture tubes. These tubes feature an advanced cap design with two distinct positions for aerobic and anaerobic culturing; by simply rotating the cap 1/4 turn to the first click, aerobic culturing is secured, while an additional 1/2 turn past the second click provides a leakproof, airtight seal for anaerobic culturing. The DuoClick® tubes are gamma sterilized, come with screw caps attached, and are packaged in exclusive ready-to-use racks. Made from polypropylene, these tubes can withstand centrifugation up to 4,000 x g. The features of the tubes include a new patent pending screw-cap, printed graduations for easy measurement, and a flat, markable screw-cap.
