Our 50ml centrifuge tubes are constructed from premium polypropylene, providing clarity and enhanced centrifugal strength. The tubes and caps can withstand freezing temperatures down to -86° C, while the maximum centrifugal force for the 50ml tubes is 15,000xG, applicable to liquids with a specific gravity of 1.0 when using appropriate rotors, cushions, and adapters. The caps feature a flat top surface for easy marking and labeling, and models C2605 and C2630 are designed with a 'skirted' bottom, allowing the tubes to stand upright without requiring a separate test tube rack. The C2600 series, whether self-standing or not, is leakproof up to 95 kPa/14 psi. These tubes are sterile, RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin free, available in both racked or bagged options, and compatible with standard rotors. Additionally, they include a frosted marking surface for convenient labeling.
