ClearSeal™ screw-cap microtubes are available in sterile conditions and a variety of sizes, cap configurations, and graduation options. Constructed from ultra-clear polypropylene, these microtubes include assembled caps with silicone O-rings that ensure a leakproof seal capable of withstanding temperatures from -90°C to +121°C. All ClearSeal™ screw-cap microtubes are sterile, as well as free of RNase, DNase, and pyrogens, and can be centrifuged at up to 22,000 x g, referring to liquids with a specific gravity of 1.0, when using appropriate rotors, cushions, and adapters. The microtubes are packaged in resealable bags containing 50 units each and feature white, printed graduations for easy measurement.
