All PureAmp™ PCR tubes and strips are precision manufactured to maintain tight dimensional tolerances of ultra-thin wall thickness, which enhances thermal transfer. The PureAmp™ PCR plastics are certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and are produced from heat-resistant medical-grade polypropylene. The PureAmp™ 0.1 ml low profile PCR tubes and strips come in three different color/texture configurations—clear, white, and frosted—specifically designed for qPCR applications. Key features include being RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitor free, as well as possessing ultra-thin, uniform wall thickness, with white and frosted tubes enhancing qPCR results.
