It's important to note that users must re-use their existing cabling and hardware, as these products are replacement batteries only. Prior to placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the batteries being ordered match the specifications of the existing batteries in their unit, as the company is not liable for incorrect orders. The battery is a UL recognized component and comes with a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty.
