ProFlex 7040 ANSI A4 / EN 388 Level 5 cut-resistant food grade gloves are constructed with breathable and non-irritating Tenalux yarn, which offers maximum comfort without compromising protection. The gloves feature high-performance polyethylene (HPPE) fibers, achieving a high level of cut resistance without the use of glass or steel. They have been tested to FDA CFR 175.300, ensuring they do not contaminate food at any process point including prepping, packaging, and transporting. The lightweight knit design provides 360-degree breathability and a cool-to-the-touch feel, preventing sweaty hands and overheating. The seamless knit cuff fits snugly at the wrist, preventing dirt and debris from entering the gloves. Additionally, the hi-vis color enhances visibility for safety while working with knives and other sharp objects. These gloves are also machine washable, making them convenient for repeated use.
