This flashlight is CETLUS, ATEX, IECEx, and Inmetro-certified intrinsically safe for use in both above and below ground hazardous locations where explosive gases and dust may be present. The 5418 features a LED rated at 200 lumens, working with a deep parabolic reflector to create a flashlight beam that reaches 143 meters. The tail switch offers both momentary and constant-on functionality. This light complies with NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013) and operates with 3 AA premium batteries (not included). The mount can be attached to either side of the helmet for hands-free illumination, and it allows for 140 degrees of adjustment to provide clearance around face shields, goggles, or other helmet-mounted equipment.
