The Dicata Intrinsically Safe Low-Profile Dual-Light™ Headlamp is CULUS, ATEX, and IECEx listed intrinsically safe and is specifically designed for use on fire helmets and hard-hats that have a flip-up face shield. Its unique low-profile shape enables users to operate without removing the headlamp when adjusting the face shield. Constructed from glass-filled nylon polymer, the XPP-5462GX features a multi-position tilt head design, while both the spotlight and floodlight use LEDs along with an advanced (TIR) total internal reflection lens that optimizes lumen output and beam pattern. The front-mounted dual switches allow for easy access to the spotlight for long-range illumination, the floodlight for close-range needs, and the dual-light option for maximum versatility and safety. The kit includes a heavy-duty rubber head strap suitable for fire helmets or hard-hats and is powered by 3 AA batteries, which are included.
