The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat is an advanced version of the long-established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, constructed from high density polyethylene (HDPE) for durability. It features a 6-point suspension system equipped with polyester textile straps for secure fitting. The Chamlon sweatband incorporates an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating to maximize sweat absorption; it is pH neutral and has been dermatologically tested for skin safety. The full brim design offers extra protection for the neck and ears against sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, the hard hat includes a wheel ratchet adjustment system for easy customization of the fit, ensuring maximum comfort and safety during use.
