The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 full brim hard hat represents an advancement over the traditional MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a shell constructed from high density polyethylene (HDPE) for durability. It includes a 6-point suspension system fitted with polyester textile straps for secure support. The Chamlon sweatband, made with an Egyptian cotton core and porous PU coating, offers superior sweat absorption while being pH neutral and dermatologically tested for skin safety. The design incorporates a full brim that provides enhanced protection for the neck and ears against environmental factors such as sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, it features a convenient wheel ratchet for easily achieving a firm and comfortable fit.
