The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat is an advanced version of the well-established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a shell constructed from high density polyethylene (HDPE). This hard hat includes a 6-point suspension system with polyester textile straps for enhanced support and comfort. The Chamlon sweatband is designed with an Egyptian cotton core that has a porous polyurethane (PU) coating for superior sweat absorption, is pH neutral, and dermatologically tested. Additionally, the full brim offers extra protection for the back and ears against sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. A wheel ratchet mechanism is included for easy adjustment, allowing for a secure and comfortable fit.
