The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat is an advanced version of the established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a shell made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and a 6-point suspension system with polyester textile straps for improved stability and comfort. It includes a Chamlon sweatband that has an Egyptian cotton core with porous PU coating, designed for maximum sweat absorption while being pH neutral and dermatologically tested. The full brim design offers enhanced protection for the back and ears against various environmental elements, such as sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, it is equipped with a wheel ratchet mechanism for a convenient and secure fit adjustment.
