The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat features a shell constructed from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and includes a 6-point suspension system with polyester textile straps for enhanced support. This hard hat is equipped with a Chamlon sweatband that has an Egyptian cotton core and a porous PU coating designed for maximum sweat absorption; it is pH neutral and dermatologically tested to ensure comfort and safety. The full brim design offers added protection for the neck and ears against various elements such as sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, it includes a wheel ratchet system, providing an easy method to achieve a firm and comfortable fit.
