The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat is an advanced version of the established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a shell made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and a 6-point suspension system with polyester textile straps for enhanced support. This hard hat includes a Chamlon sweatband composed of an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating, designed for maximum sweat absorption while being pH neutral and dermatologically tested. The full brim design offers additional protection for the back and ears from sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. A wheel ratchet mechanism is incorporated for an easy and secure fit adjustment, ensuring comfort during prolonged use. The hard hat meets relevant safety certifications and compliance standards.
