The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 full brim hard hat is an advanced version of the long-established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a robust shell made of high density polyethylene (HDPE). It includes a 6-point suspension system with durable polyester textile straps for secure fitting and support. The Chamlon sweatband, designed with an Egyptian cotton core and porous PU coating, ensures maximum sweat absorption and is pH neutral and dermatologically tested for comfort. The full brim provides enhanced protection for the neck and ears from sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, the hard hat is equipped with a wheel ratchet for an easy and adjustable fit, ensuring user comfort during prolonged use.
