The Evolution® Deluxe 6161 Full Brim Hard Hat is an advancement of the long-established MK2 and MK3 hard hats, featuring a shell made of high density polyethylene (HDPE). The hard hat includes a 6-point suspension system with polyester textile straps for secure fitting, and a Chamlon sweatband that consists of an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating, designed for maximum sweat absorption, pH neutrality, and dermatological safety. The full brim design offers enhanced protection for the back and ears against various environmental hazards such as sun, glare, rain, snow, and falling debris. Additionally, it incorporates a wheel ratchet mechanism, providing an easy method to achieve a firm and comfortable fit.
