The Benchmixer™ XL is a heavy-duty vortex mixer designed for hands-free mixing in tubes, flasks, vials, or cylinders, making it particularly suitable for the QuEChERS pesticide analysis method. The device features a precisely balanced drive system with an oversized motor that provides reproducible speeds up to 2500 RPM, ensuring rattle-free operation and minimal vibration. It includes a programmable pulsing function for time-specific interval mixing, enhancing agitation. The 7x12 inch platform accommodates a variety of standard, pre-drilled tube racks and can be adapted to almost any type of vessel commonly found in the laboratory. Operation is straightforward; after loading the sample rack and tightening the locking knobs, users can select the desired speed and run time on the large digital control panel. The Benchmixer XL can perform unattended mixing for up to 100 hours, making it an ideal choice for medium to high throughput laboratories.
