The Triplett TMP10 pocket thermometer includes a 2.9" (73mm) food grade stainless steel probe designed for measuring the temperature of air, liquids, and semi-solids. It has a temperature range of -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C) with a resolution of 0.1°F/C and an accuracy of 1.8°F/1°C. Key features include min/max with reset functionality and a data hold function that freezes the reading on the display. The kit comes complete with an LR44 battery and a protective probe cover.
