The Triplett IRT220 is a compact, rugged, and easy-to-use non-contact IR thermometer designed for instant surface temperature measurement without contact. It includes a built-in laser for identifying the measurement area and a backlit LCD that displays the target temperature. The device has a 12:1 distance to target ratio and a wide temperature range of -4 to 932 °F (-20 to 500 °C), with fixed 0.95 emissivity. Additional features include automatic data hold, power off after 10 seconds, and min/max recording capabilities. The kit includes a 9V battery and comes with a 1-year warranty.
