Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that addresses posture, repetition, and force to significantly reduce strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled shape facilitates low arm and elbow height during use, minimizing tension and pain in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow, while keeping the user's hand and wrist in a neutral position as recommended by ergonomic experts. The kit includes features such as a contoured body shape and an adjustable hook that provide a comfortable grip and custom fit hand hold, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy attachment confirmed by an audible "click," and a low force push eject button for effortless tip disposal. Additionally, special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, ensuring protection against contamination. Notably, Ovation pipettes stand on their own, preventing tips from touching the bench. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with either "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment ranging from 0.2L to 1000L, while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities from 0.5L to 1250L. Electronic macro 5mL and 10mL options, as well as 8 and 12 multichannel models, are available. Single channel models include a built-in micro tube cap opener, and the pipettes are color-coded for easy and quick volume identification.
