Ovation® pipettes are designed with a unique and patented ergonomic form that effectively addresses posture, repetition, and force, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The pipettes feature a contoured body shape and an adjustable hook for a comfortable grip and custom fit hand hold, along with spring-loaded tip acquisition that requires only a gentle push for secure attachment, confirmed by an audible "click." Tips can be easily ejected with a low force push of the button, while special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid from being aspirated into the pipettor, safeguarding it from contamination. Unique to the Ovation design, these pipettes can stand on their own to ensure tips never touch the bench. Mechanical models operate with two-stroke functionality and offer either "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment, ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, whereas electronic models provide options for custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting from 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Additionally, electronic macro models come in 5 mL and 10 mL options, and electronic 8 and 12 multichannel models are available. Single channel models are equipped with a built-in micro tube cap opener. The pipettes are color-coded for easy and quick volume identification.
