Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that addresses posture, repetition, and force issues, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The pipettes have an angled shape that enables users to work with low arm and elbow height, alleviating tension in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow. When used correctly, the ergonomic design keeps the user's hand and wrist in a neutral position. Key features include a contoured body shape and adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy attachment, and an audible "click" for secure connection. Tips are easily expelled with a low-force eject button, and special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, safeguarding against contamination. The Ovation pipettes can stand independently to prevent tips from touching the bench, maintaining cleanliness during use. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with options for "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustments (0.2 µL - 1000 µL), while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities (0.5 µL - 1250 µL). Additional options include electronic macro models (5 mL and 10 mL), electronic 8 and 12 multichannel models, and single-channel models featuring a built-in micro tube cap opener. The pipettes are also color-coded for quick volume identification.
