Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that effectively addresses posture, repetition, and force, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled shape allows users to pipette with low arm and elbow height, thereby decreasing tension and discomfort in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow, while maintaining the user's hand and wrist in a neutral position. The kit and package include a contoured body shape with an adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy attachment confirmed by an audible "click," and a low force eject button that allows tips to "flick" off effortlessly. Special filters in the nozzle prevent accidental aspiration of liquid into the pipettor, protecting it from contamination. Notably, Ovation pipettes can stand on their own, ensuring tips never touch the bench during use. The mechanical models offer two-stroke operation, with volume adjustment options ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL via "click stop" or "quick set digital" settings, while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities within a range of 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Additionally, electronic macro 5 mL and 10 mL, as well as 8 and 12 channel multichannel models are available, with single channel models incorporating a built-in micro tube cap opener. Color coding enables easy and quick volume identification.
