Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that effectively addresses posture, repetition, and force, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled shape of the pipette allows users to work with low arm and elbow height, minimizing tension and discomfort in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow. Designed for optimal ergonomics, the pipette maintains the user's hand and wrist in a neutral position recommended by ergonomic experts. Key features include a contoured body shape with an adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy tip attachment with an audible confirmation, and a low-force eject button that allows tips to be removed effortlessly. The nozzle incorporates special filters to prevent liquid aspiration and maintain contamination protection. Unique to Ovation pipettes, they can stand on their own, ensuring tips do not touch the bench during use. Mechanical models include two-stroke operation with volume adjustments ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, available in "click stop" or "quick set digital" options, while electronic models feature custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities ranging from 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Additionally, electronic macro models with 5 mL and 10 mL capacities, as well as 8 and 12 multichannel models, are available, with single channel models including a built-in micro tube cap opener. The pipettes are also color-coded for quick and easy volume identification.
