The Alphabetter Desk is a dynamic footrest desk designed to promote natural movement for students in grades 3-12. It features a patented Swinging Pendulum™ footrest bar with a 20" diameter footrest area that enables students to redirect excess energy and engage in continuous motion, potentially supporting ergonomic comfort, cardiovascular health, increased calorie burn, productivity, and focus. The desk has a premium phenolic laminated plastic desktop measuring 28" x 20" and is 1" thick, supported by a durable steel base with a black powder coat finish. It is height-adjustable with fourteen settings ranging from 26" to 42" in 1" increments and includes adjustable nylon base levelers for stability on various floor types. Additional storage is provided by a phenolic resin open shelf (26" W x 8" D, 1" thick) and a steel book box (22" W x 15" D x 4 3/4" H) for classroom materials. The desk pairs well with the Alphabetter Stool (1205BL, sold separately) to allow students to alternate between standing and seated positions. The product is compliant with CPSIA and is protected by multiple patents in the US, Canada, and China.
