The Aqua-On Demand™ system is designed for use with tankless heaters that do not have a built-in pump and can accommodate a maximum of 600 ft. of total pipe length. The kit includes an AMK-WB On Demand AMR-SFVL1 flanged stainless high-speed circulator with a 10 ft. line cord, a stainless female NPT flange kit, and an AMK-WB On Demand push button with receiver. Additionally, it features the AMK-ODR valve kit, which comprises a valve, hose, and tee designed to maintain a temperature of 95°F. The AquaMOTION ODR valve is a compact, quiet, lead-free stainless/brass hot water recirculation valve suitable for single pipe systems, and it is installed at the fixture that is farthest from the tankless hot water heater. The ODR valve is mounted beneath the fixture, positioned between the hot and cold supply lines. When hot water is requested using the built-in timer, the circulator pushes cooled hot water in the hot water line back into the cold supply line, returning it to the hot water heater. As the hot water reaches the ODR valve, it closes until the temperature reaches 95°F, at which point the valve automatically adjusts to maintain this temperature. The system meets Title 24 California standards.
