The Usp Type VII gauze is made from 100% woven cotton and is packaged in a rigid plastic tray with a peel-back lid. The sponges are banded in groups of 10 to ensure an accurate count. This gauze is used for a variety of applications, including general wound care, dressings, prepping, wound packing, and debriding. It is highly absorbent, providing exceptional clinical performance.
