Dynarex's non-adherent knitted gauze dressings are impregnated with a blend of petrolatum and sunflower oil in an emulsion, designed to promote effective healing by providing a hydrated wound bed without unnecessary discomfort. These sterile, conformable, and non-occlusive dressings allow exudate to flow away from the wound into a secondary dressing, thereby minimizing the risk of skin maceration. Suitable for use as a primary dressing on low exuding wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4, these dressings are evenly impregnated and assist in maintaining a healthy environment for healing. They are designed to ensure that the dressing does not adhere to granulated tissue, further reducing the risk of complications during the healing process.
