Dynarex's Dynaginate AG silver calcium alginate dressings are a combination of calcium alginate and silver ions, which change to a fibrous gel when in contact with wound exudate. These dressings are designed to create a moist wound environment while providing an antimicrobial barrier, making them suitable for infected wounds or where there is a risk of infection. The high-absorbency dressing is used for heavily exuding wounds and serves as a primary dressing ideal for managing partial- and full-thickness wounds at stages 3 or 4.
