Island dressings are non-adherent wound contact layers, individually packed for convenience. Dynarex Island dressings consist of a soft, non-stick dressing with an adhesive border, which ensures excellent absorption and cushioning protection for wounds. They are ideal for use as a cover dressing after packing large, deep wounds and are individually packed in peel-open pouches. The dressings provide superior comfort and protection, and they are not made with natural rubber latex.
