Dynarex's oil emulsion dressings are sterile, non-adherent knitted gauze impregnated with a blend of petrolatum and sunflower oil, designed specifically for optimal wound care. This conformable, non-occlusive dressing allows exudate to flow away from the wound into a secondary dressing, thereby minimizing skin maceration and promoting an effective healing environment. The dressings are evenly impregnated to provide a hydrated wound bed, facilitating healing without unnecessary discomfort. They are suitable as a primary dressing for low-exuding wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4.
