Dynarex's Siligentle silicone bordered and non-bordered foam dressings are designed for optimal exudate management, featuring a highly absorbent pad with a vapour permeable waterproof film that locks away exudate to minimize pain and trauma. These dressings create a warm, moist healing environment that helps prevent bacterial contamination and are soft and adaptable to facilitate healing. The silicone layer moves without losing its adherence, making it suitable for use as either a primary or secondary dressing for high exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, second-degree burns, donor sites, and partial to full thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4. Siligentle dressings are available with or without a border and in a variety of convenient sizes. The gentle silicone adhesive border ensures secure adhesion with a low potential for skin irritation, while the high absorbency of the dressing effectively manages exudate.
