Dynarex's Siligentle Ag silver silicone bordered and non-bordered foam dressings are designed to provide a moist wound environment and superior absorption, effectively locking away exudate while releasing silver ions for optimal healing. These soft and adaptable dressings feature a silver foam core that absorbs exudate and releases silver ions into the wound bed, offering an antimicrobial effect suitable for wounds with delayed healing due to bacteria, infection, or those at risk of re-infection. The dressings are equipped with a vapor-permeable waterproof film and a silicone contact layer that is gentle on wounds and maintains adherence during movement. They serve as either a primary or secondary dressing for the treatment and management of partial- to full-thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4.
