Dynasorb Super Absorbent Dressing is a highly absorbent, multi-layered dressing designed specifically for heavily exuding wounds. It is available in a one-piece format, either as non-adherent or self-adherent, featuring a contact layer along with a waterproof backing to prevent contamination. The super absorbent polymer core of the dressing rapidly absorbs wound exudate, locking it away, which minimizes the risk of maceration while promoting a moist wound environment that facilitates healing. This dressing is soft, comfortable, and pliable, allowing for a full range of movement during use. It serves as a primary or secondary dressing for partial to full thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4, and is effective in treating leg and pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and donor sites.
