DynaREX L-Mesitran Soft wound gel with medical grade honey is designed as a primary dressing gel to create a moist healing environment suitable for a variety of wounds. The formula contains 40% medical-grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin, and vitamins C and E, which work together to retain hydration and protect the skin at the wound site.
