The Dynarex cervical collars are designed with a contoured, serpentine shape to enhance patient comfort by allowing the chin to rest on the collar. Each collar comes with a 6-inch extension piece to accommodate larger sizes and includes an extra synthetic cover that is machine washable. These collars are intended to decrease the range of motion in the neck immediately after an injury, providing essential support for sprains, strains, and mild muscle weakness.
