Dynarex's Siligentle Ag Silver dressings are soft and adaptable, designed to provide a moist wound environment with an antimicrobial effect due to a silver compound. They excel in exudate management and feature superior absorption that effectively locks away exudate while releasing silver ions for optimal healing. The dressings are suitable for wounds with delayed healing caused by bacteria or infection, as well as wounds at risk of re-infection. The silver foam core not only absorbs exudate but also delivers antibacterial properties by releasing silver ions into the wound bed. Each dressing is equipped with a vapor-permeable waterproof film and a silicone contact layer, ensuring gentle application and adherence without compromising movement. They are classified as high-absorbency dressings, appropriate for heavily exuding wounds, and can function as primary or secondary dressings for the treatment of partial- to full-thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4.
