Dynarex's Siligentle silicone bordered and non-bordered foam dressings are designed for highly absorbent wound care, featuring a vapour permeable waterproof film that locks away exudate to minimize pain and trauma. These dressings excel in exudate management while providing a soft and adaptable interface to create a moist wound environment to accelerate healing. The highly absorbent pad, combined with a gentle silicone layer, allows for easy movement without losing adherence, effectively protecting the wound. Siligentle dressings are suitable as either primary or secondary dressings for high exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, second-degree burns, donor sites, and partial to full thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4. Available in a range of convenient sizes, the dressings can be selected with or without a border, and the gentle silicone adhesive border ensures secure adhesion with a low potential for skin irritation.
