The DynaRest® AirFloat 300 is a medical-grade air mattress designed for user comfort and equipped with an air pump and a pressure control hand dial to customize firmness. It features two settings: static mode, ideal for patient transfers, and alternating mode, which provides cell inflation for pressure redistribution. This mattress supports patients up to 350 lb and combines dual therapies of low air loss and alternating pressure to treat pressure wounds. The unit contains 20 eight-inch inflatable air cells and an adjustable air flow dial with weight indicators to cater to individual comfort requirements. A static mode inflates all air cells to facilitate safer repositioning or transfers. Additionally, it includes a pillow function for extra comfort, a CPR valve for rapid deflation, a low-pressure audible alarm, and an indicator light. The weight capacity is 400 lb, and the warranty includes one year on the pump and 90 days on the mattress.
